So, as Alex has previously posted, we have opened up shop here on pregnantwhalescanboogie. It’s a very exciting time and I hope we will come to enjoy writing here and sooner or later some of you out there will enjoy visiting it. Alex, the talented mofo, has already posted a fantastic photograph (which, I’m sure he’ll do often, since he is our next Helmut Newton), and this is pretty much what we intend to do. We will be posting randomly, without any particular pattern or orientation. It just so happens that as a team, we are interested in pretty much everything ranging from professional tennis (me) to breakfast recipes (that would be Alex obviously). However, to keep this project somewhat organized, I will try to focus mainly on film and fashion, since these are two things I spend most of the time engaging myself in, while Alex is going to be our resident photographer and contributor in the music department. But, don’t take our word on this, because I am sure there will be a lot of overlapping and “intruding” into one another’s territory, as many of our interests often tend to do. All in all, our goal is to share some stuff with likeminded internet dwellers, friends, as well as keep each other updated on what is happening in our lives and the lives of those interesting to us.
To finish off, welcome to this blog, hopefully you will come back. And in case anyone is interested in the name, we chose it because we can (and by we, I mean Alex and myself, as well as the pregnant whales, which I am certain, CAN boogie their asses off.)
